I am a creative producer with international experience across film, television, theatre, and cultural production. My background is in building structure into complex material, across different countries, languages, and scales of production. The work has always required clarity under pressure, coordination across disciplines, and the ability to turn abstract ideas into something that functions in the real world.

HumanRewire is what happens when that discipline is applied to human biology. It is a system for working with the mechanisms that shape attention, sleep, and nervous system regulation, not against them. The focus is not on hacks or surface optimisation. It is on restoring the underlying alignment that makes clarity, focus, and rest possible in the first place.
